This Is Not a Government Office. This privately operated reference site cannot retrieve official criminal records, conduct official checks, correct or remove an entry, or receive an expunction filing. The government custodian must handle each of those tasks.

- State criminal history: contact the Texas Department of Public Safety, Crime Records Division.

Sheriff public-information requests use Llano County's centralized process. Email a completed form to publicinformationrequest@co.llano.tx.us, fax it to 325-247-7732, or mail it to Public Information Records Request, 801 Ford Street, Llano, TX 78643. Court records go straight to the proper clerk rather than through that general request form. The Court Case Lookup explains the felony and misdemeanor split.
